The 311 Waterproofing Research Institute was founded by Xiniupi Waterproof Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly Guangxi Golden Umbrella Waterproofing & Decoration Co., Ltd.). It focuses on the field of concrete sealing and waterproofing, and houses China's first postdoctoral innovation practice base for concrete sealing and waterproofing. The research team led by Professor Li Guangtao from Tsinghua University heads the 311 Waterproofing Research Institute. Professor Li Guangtao is a doctoral supervisor at Tsinghua University, a Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education, and a renowned scientist in the global field of interface chemistry.
The 311 Waterproofing Research Institute consists of a research center, a non-leakage three-element benchmarking management platform, a concrete sealing and waterproofing achievement exhibition hall, and an expert building of the 311 Waterproofing Research Institute. Domestic technological R&D cooperation The company pioneered the internationally advanced " Xiniupi Yipinneng Reactive Adhesive Wet-laid waterproofing Membrane" and currently holds more than 120 valid authorized patents. Its flagship products are CPS reactive adhesion wet-laid waterproofing membranes and CPS waterproof sealing pastes, which can be applied on concrete substrates in harsh environments such as humidity and dirt.
